Typhoon coming!
Initial Forecast:
Weather forecasters predict that if the current typhoon (named chan chu) stays on course, it will hit Southern Taiwan on Sunday! Looks like just a lot of rain up north.
Current Forecast (as of May 17th, 8 PM):
It been windy and rainy in the North, and the South (Taidong, Tainan, Penghu Kaohsiung, etc.) have started to get pounded. The East side of the island will be catching the wrath of this storm for the rest of today and tomorrow. Check the news and/or with your boss to make sure you need to go to work tomorrow. It could get ugly.
