What is a kiss and ride? I saw a spot on the local news the other night about this, but they were speaking too fast and I didn’t understand it. Anybody know where the terminology kiss and ride comes from?

    As a former resident of the greater Washington D.C. Area, you can see “Kiss ‘n Ride” signs at the metro/bus stops.
