Taiwan Kite Flying
In Anping Tainan, the winds near the beach can often be nice for kite flying. I was out one day and made a short video of a man doing some extreme kiting. He was being dragged a bit at points, and was maneuvering his kite around the sky like it was a soaring Eagle. The location is the Lin Mo Niang Park.
