The recent fusion of independent artist Faye Blais and bass/percussion duo The Slacks has allowed for a new and refreshing live act in and around the cities of Taiwan.

The band is feeding the recent, growing hunger for music in the flesh, as well as the void set by a major lack of female front-women on this country’s stages. Fans have been showing props for the original-stocked sets through their popular purchases of Faye Blais’ debut album, titled First Tooth, and flattering shout-outs in foreign magazines around the island.
