It’s also kind of funny that the bands initials are LP. Hahah. That is an inside joke for anyone that was here a few years ago.
It’s nice that some big bands actually come to Taiwan. There haven’t been as many big name acts here as I had hoped, and to see a big show outside of Taipei is nearly impossible. Acts like Jay-Z, The Beastie Boys, NOFX, and now Linkin Park hopefully will boost Taiwan’s reputation in the music industry as a good place to play, or more realistically, a profitable stopover to Japan and China. Tickets for the Linkin Park show are NT 4,000, 3,000, 2000, and 1,000. They will be on sale at the Chung Shan Soccer Stadium on August 25th between 11 AM and 6 PM.
