Drunk Taiwanese Man

I think I am starting a bit of a theme here with another post of drunk people in Taiwan. This one is of some foreigners and Taiwanese man that is hammered, and the Taiwanese man doesn’t want the foreigner to leave. I’ve been in similar situations before with drunken Taiwanese acting like fools, but to be honest I’ve been with just as many or more foreigners acting like drunken numskulls. The Taiwanese guy falls over and then chases the foreigner who is trying to escape via scooter.

plenty of hand-holding, but at least there wasn’t any tummy-rubbing or crotch-grabbing - often the bane of my existence.

Thai’s are a strange bunch of people. Different boundaries I guess you can say!

I had a similar experience in taoyuan - I wasn’t on a scooter but I had to pry a guy off of me a couple times. he just kept on wrapping his arms around me and tell me not to leave. Finally, I pushed hard so he stumbled and turned and ran as fast as I could. He tried to follow but was too drunk. It cracked me up to be running at a full sprint back toward my hotel to get away from this guy who was just trying to be nice and didn’t want me to leave…
