Deep within the lush alphabet forest in Taiwan lie a Wizard. This is his tale!
I got a cool mount that allows me to attach my camera on my scooter. Unfortunately the scooter is a little too bumpy to get great footage on, but I was still able to get a couple observations about Taiwan driving on tape.
Here is a message from the Yahoo Group Tainan Bulletin. I went to this in 2007 and it was good food and a good time.

Wang Qian Ming, also known as Jimmy Wang or Chin Ming Wang (the radio and television announcers in the US seem to have a preference for calling him Chin MIng) has shut it down for the 2009 Major League Baseball (MBL) season and will have arthroscopic surgery on his right shoulder capsule. Surgery will [...]
Here is some info from a friend of mine that is going to have a fundraiser for his hip replacement surgery. Make sure to go to the Red Wolf tavern and drink your asses off and help raise some money for him. Consider it charity work.

The Real Taiwan website was started to offer a window on Taiwan to anyone that was interested. The original goal of the site was to be a community site with many authors and contributors. Taiwan name cards have so much more. Apart from the presenter’s name and contact data they often carry the logo of a company or of a [...]

If you are looking for something fun to do this year for New Years Eve look no further. Make your way down or up or over to Tai Chung and get your blues on with Taiwan’s Rising stars the Rising Hedons. They’re a personal favorite of mine and I can guarantee you will [...]
This video had me laughing sadistically. Perhaps it was his French accent or the others laughing at him. The guy (Pierre) got too drunk at a KTV, undoubtedly the recipient of too many Gan Bei’s and wound up soaking wet in a bathtub.
Some of his funnier lines were:
Stop lausing. It’s [...]
If you happened to be in Fairplex Pomona, CA on July 28th of this year you would have been in for a special treat. Not only would there have been some ice cold Taiwan beer to drink away your worries, there were hot chicks in bikinis. Fun for the whole family!
Sorry about the delay in posting the comments. I just rolled through about 100 of them. Good to start hearing from some new people out there. Quite a few of them were spam but tht goes without saying these days. I hope everyone in Taiwan is doing well and I look forward to your stories [...]
Hi all,
Our fearless leader who usually moderates posts is currently out of the country and experiencing internet issues. As a result, there is (and could continue to be) a backup of comments that cannot be approved for the site. I’m putting through all I can, but I have limited control over the system. This is [...]
