Fluent is a young, promising live hip hop band that started performing in late 2005. They began touring Taiwan early 2006 in places like Taipei, Taichung, Kenting, and Longtan at pubs, clubs, and festivals. They are currently organizing a Canadian tour and hopefully will make it back to Taiwan for some more gigs on the rock.
